These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 24h.limited website and our digital products, including WordPress themes/templates, plugins, online courses, and related digital services (collectively, the “Services”).
1) Who we are

2) Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
3) Account & security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
4) Products, pricing, and taxes
Prices/features are shown on each product page or at checkout. We typically charge during checkout. Taxes (e.g., VAT/GST/sales tax) may be collected by us or by a Merchant-of-Record (e.g., Lemon Squeezy) depending on your location and applicable law.
5) Payment processing & Merchant-of-Record
Payments are processed by third-party providers. In some jurisdictions, a Merchant-of-Record acts as the seller of record and issues invoices/receipts, remitting taxes as required.
6) Delivery of digital content
Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to downloads, license keys, or course enrollment. We may use license servers to validate updates and entitlements.
7) Licenses & intellectual property
- WordPress code components are distributed under GPL-compatible terms where applicable.
- Non-code assets (e.g., images, design assets, videos) are licensed for your or client projects as stated on the product page; you may not repackage or resell assets as a stand-alone library.
- Unless expressly stated, licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to the scope shown on the product page (e.g., number of sites, duration of updates/support).
8) Updates & support
Updates and support are provided as specified on each product page or during checkout. We may reasonably limit support to current versions and supported environments.
9) Refunds (digital goods)
Because our products are digital, all sales are final once any file has been accessed/downloaded or any license key has been activated. If you have not downloaded or activated the product, refunds are generally not provided unless required by law. EU/UK consumers: where applicable, you will be asked to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins; if you do not consent, do not complete the purchase or refrain from downloading until the withdrawal period has expired.
10) Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services, violate laws, infringe IP rights, circumvent license/security controls, or distribute malware/spam.
11) Warranties & disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data.
13) Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence where applicable.
14) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. The updated Terms will be posted with a new “Last updated” date.
